Why have I received a new invoice if I no longer use the project

Per the Ideals T&C, the service is automatically prolonged for another billing period unless all your active projects are closed.

If you received the invoice from Ideals, this means that some of your projects are still open.

To avoid further invoicing, please make sure that all projects under your account are closed by following these instructions.

Please contact accounts.receivable@idealscorp.com in case you would like to dispute the issued invoices.
