Client computer

  • 2 GHz 64-bit processor.

  • At least 2 GB of system memory, 8 GB recommended.

  • Internet access 10 Mbps or faster, 100 Mbps recommended.

Supported operating systems

  • Windows 10 or 11

  • macOS 10.15 or later

  • iOS 15 or later

  • Android 10 or later

Supported web browsers and their minimum versions

Additional software

To fully utilize the functionality of the data room, make sure you have the following up-to-date components installed:

  1. Adobe Reader to open downloaded PDF documents.

  2. FileOpen Plug-In for Adobe Reader to open downloaded encrypted PDF documents.

  3. .NET Framework 3.5+ to use Ideals Desktop application for Windows.

  4. Windows OS and MS Office 2007 or later to download and work with IRM-encrypted office files.

💡 Note:

  • If you use a corporate device to access the Ideals data room, forward this information to your system administrator.

  • The desktop application is not available for macOS users at the moment.
