If you are making an online payment via credit card, we request you choose the appropriate iDeals office. This information is included in the invoice number.

Every iDeals invoice consists of letters and numbers: the first two letters of your invoice number indicate the iDeals office to which the payment should be sent.

For example, your invoice number is US00000000.

On top of the online payment form page, you'll need to choose the US Office and paste the full invoice number US00000000.

Note: Payment to the incorrect office won’t be accepted and will be refunded.
