You can pay for the data room services either with a credit card or via bank transfer.
Credit card
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX. For credit card payments, you can:
Follow the custom link provided in the specific invoice received from Ideals.
The relevant office will be chosen automatically, and you will need to fill out the rest of the information for payment.
Use the Billing tab of your corporate account to review and pay corresponding pending invoices.
The relevant office, invoice number, payment currency, invoice amount, and email will be automatically added according to the issued invoice. You will need to fill out the rest of the required details to complete the payment.

In this case, you will need to manually fill out all information, including the office and invoice number. Learn which Ideals office should be chosen for the payment.
Set up auto-charge from your credit card to ensure timely payment. Contact accounts.receivable@idealscorp.com for further instructions on how to set it up.
Updating credit card details
Due to the GDPR, we do not accept credit card details over the phone or email. To update your credit card details, you will need to complete a simple online agreement and process a test payment of $1 (that will be refunded) with your new credit card. Please send your request to accounts.receivable@idealscorp.com.
Bank transfer
You can make a wire transfer to the Ideals bank account. The relevant bank details can be found in your invoice.
💡 A wire transfer takes a few business days. Send a payment confirmation to remittance-noreply@idealscorp.com as soon as the transfer is made.
