You may prompt your users to accept your company's terms of use before proceeding to the data room.
Apart from the default settings, you may also personalize your text by adding the tags [FirstName] [LastName]. For example, "Welcome [FirstName] [LastName]!"
The user will see his/her name upon login along with the text of the Terms of Use:
In addition to the above, we also suggest the following samples, which you can use to draft your text.
NOTE:
Users will need to accept the Terms of Use after each time the administrator updates its text.
Project administrators can track which text was applied and when in the Reports section by selecting All actions => Data room settings change.
The "Terms of use accepted" action allows tracking who accepted it and the publication date of ToU a user accepted.
