Learn how to restore access to your account in case of forgot password, and troubleshoot basic issues that may occur

If you forgot the password to your Ideals account, follow the steps below to reset it. If you are experiencing difficulty accessing your Ideals account, consider whether other account access issues such as incomplete registration or account locking may be the cause.

  • Click Reset password below the password field.

  • Make sure you entered the correct email address, which is associated with your Ideals account.

  • Click Get reset link. You may also receive a 6-digit code for identity verification. Follow the email instructions to use this code.

An email with a password reset link will be sent to the specified email address (if registered). If you don’t receive the email, it may be due to an incomplete registration or an issue with your email provider.

  • Follow the link and create your new password.

Please keep in mind that the new password must differ from the last 10 passwords previously used for your Ideals account. Additionally, the new password should meet complexity requirements to maintain account security.

If you're having difficulties receiving the reset password email, make sure you are entering the correct email address and resend the link. We also recommend checking your spam/junk folder. For accounts that remain inaccessible, consider requesting a full account reset or contacting support for further assistance. Make sure to confirm your account's registration status beforehand.
