Right-click on the root folder in the Documents tab, select Download and choose the necessary format: Encrypted files, PDF, Original.

Alternatively, click on the menu icon on the parent folder and select Download from the drop-down list.

ZIP archive will be downloaded to your computer, which can be extracted locally.

Open a project with iDeals VDR Desktop application, select a root folder and click "Download", choose a destination folder, and check how to resolve download conflicts before confirming the download.

Unlike browser download, the desktop application saves all the data in the original format in a folder, instead of a ZIP archive.
