In addition to automatic email notifications about newly added documents, project administrators can send custom messages about particular documents to selected recipients.
To send notifications:
Select target files and folders in the list.
Right-click on any of the selected documents and click Send notifications.
In the opened modal:
Select participants from the dropdown.
Only users who have access to at least one of the selected documents will be present in the list of recipients.Enter your message text.
Click Send.
Notifications will be sent according to document permissions: selected participants will receive emails with links only to documents that they are permitted to access in the project. Each recipient will get an individual email and will not see who else received this notification.
