Resolution and file types

Minimum resolution of the login page background: 1280x1024px. The picture adapts to any screen size, fills the entire area, so no empty blocks are left, and is automatically optimized for high loading speed.

💡 Supported file types for logo and login page background: JPEG | JPG | PNG.

Customize invitations

You can control how the sender appears in invitation emails by using a custom alias instead of the administrator’s real name.

💡 By default, this setting is turned off.

Set the invitation sender details

When the toggle is enabled, enter the following:

  • Invitation sender alias (The name shown as the sender in invitation emails.)

  • Contact email (optional)

💡 The email address displayed in the invitation email as a clickable contact link. Clicking on it will open a default mailing service. Only one valid email address can be entered.

Hover over the ? icon next to the email field to see where it appears in the invitation.

How customized invitations appear

When enabled, the alias replaces the administrator’s name in:

  • The email subject line

  • The email header

  • The opening line of the invitation

This applies to both new and resent invitations.

💡 Invitation customization is available with Premier and Enterprise subscription.
