Learn how to streamline workflows with built-in translation

Using AI translation

ℹ️ AI document translation is available with Premier and Enterprise plans.

To translate text:

  1. Open any document in the PDF viewer.

  2. Select the text you want to translate.

  3. Right-click the selection and choose Translate from the context menu.

The translated text will appear in a pop-up window with auto-detected input language. You can copy the translation or close the pop-up when you're done.

By default, translations are performed to your preferred interface language, as set in the account settings. You can also choose a different target language from the context menu when translating.

Important notes

  • Real-time AI translation works on one page at a time.

  • Translations are temporary and are not stored in the VDR.

  • Accuracy of translations may vary depending on the language and context.

  • Each user can translate up to 25,000 characters per month using AI translations.

  • The maximum text selection limit for translation is 10,000 characters.

AI document translation ensures that all parties can quickly understand key content in documents without needing to manually translate or rely on external tools, enhancing productivity and reducing delays in decision-making.
