Ideals integrations extend your existing workflows by enabling secure data exchange, AI-powered document analysis, workflow automation, and centralized access management – all within a trusted, enterprise-grade environment.

Connect Ideals with the tools your team already uses to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and securely collaborate across projects.

With integrations, teams can:

  • Run analysis, review documents, and manage tasks from one place – without giving up on security.

  • Set up folders, review documents, process Q&A, and track activity in a fraction of the time.

  • Reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.

  • Build scalable, connected workflows around the tools they already use.

As our integrations ecosystem continues to grow, Ideals helps teams work faster, collaborate more effectively, and maintain full control over sensitive information throughout every stage of a project.

Available integrations

Ideals currently supports integrations with the following third-party platforms:

  • Claude: use an advanced AI assistant for complex document analysis, detailed review, and tackling demanding tasks.

  • ChatGPT: explore ideas, solve problems, and analyze project content with conversational AI.

  • Emma Legal: analyze project documents, identify missing information, and highlight legal risks, helping teams focus on key findings instead of manual review.

  • MS Copilot: enhance productivity and work smarter with an integrated AI companion.

  • Jurimesh: automate legal due diligence by scanning project documents, detecting risks, and generating structured reports to support deal decisions.

  • Prudentia Sciences: evaluate life sciences assets by surfacing the scientific and clinical risks that matter most for deal decisions.

💡 Using third-party tools requires a separate paid subscription with those providers, which is not included in your Ideals subscription.

Integrations are initiated and configured within the third-party tool itself – Ideals does not provide built-in connectors to external services.

ℹ️ We are continuously exploring new integrations. If your company uses tools that are not currently supported, contact us to share your needs and help us prioritize future integrations.

How integrations work

Integrations are designed to work within your existing project setup. Meaning:

  • Access to data is based on current user permissions.

  • Only authorized users can perform actions with permitted documents.

  • All actions are tracked and recorded in the activity log.

Integration availability and setup

Availability of integrations depends on several levels of configuration. To use integrations in a project, the following conditions must be met:

  • The integration must be enabled at the corporate account level for selected projects.

  • The integration must be enabled for selected groups within the project.

  • The integration must be available and configured in the connected third-party platform.

ℹ️ If you'd like to connect your corporate AI assistant or internal chat solution to Ideals via MCP (Model Context Protocol) and a native integration for your platform is not currently available, please contact your key Ideals contact to discuss available connectivity options.

Connecting integration

Participants with integration access enabled can connect to Ideals VDR through the respective third-party platform. Once connected, third-party tools can access:

  • The authorized user's name and email address.

  • Corporate account details and linked projects.

  • Project names, settings, and metadata.

  • Documents the user has permission to access.

  • Any additional data explicitly approved during the connection setup.

⚠️ The integration may continuously sync newly permitted documents until disconnected.

Claude

If your organization uses Claude with Ideals integrations enabled, you may see the Ideals connector automatically in the Claude connectors list.

To connect:

  • In Claude, go to Settings → Connectors.

  • Look for the Ideals connector and click Connect.

  • Sign in with your Ideals account.

  • Authorize requested access permissions.

Once connected, Claude can access project data according to your existing document and feature permissions.

If the Ideals connector does not appear in Claude:

  • Your organization may require manual connector setup.

  • Your IT team may need to enable the connector for your organization.

💡 For a custom connector, use these parameters:

Contact your internal IT team or workspace administrator for assistance.

ChatGPT

To connect:

  • In ChatGPT, go to Apps.

  • Search for Ideals and click Connect.

  • Sign in with your Ideals account.

  • Authorize requested access permissions.

MS Copilot

Reach out to your key Ideals contact or support@idealsvdr.com for connection details.

Disconnecting integration session

Users can review all active integration connections in their Security settings and disconnect if needed.
