Sorting

In each hot-filter tab, users can sort the questions by:

  • Unread

  • Last updated

  • Created

  • Status

  • Priority

  • Question team

By default, all questions are sorted by Unread threads that always come first. Each sorting option can be adjusted in ascending or descending order according to your preference.

Search

In addition to the above quick filters and sorting options, users can search for any question thread in the Search field by keywords and/or apply advanced filters:

  • Last updated: threads that have any changes within the selected period.

  • Created: questions created within the selected period.

  • Category: threads with the selected category (available if categories are created in the data room).

  • Status: questions with the selected status (statuses depend on the user's Q&A role).

  • Priority: questions with the selected priority.

  • Author: the person who created the question. Additionally grouped by the question teams for answer coordinators.

  • Assignee: experts assigned to the question (available only to answer coordinators and experts if the Expert role is enabled).

💡 If the Answer coordinator imports questions on behalf of the question team, their name will appear in the list of authors under this question team.

You can reset all applied filters by clicking on the cross sign next to the search field or opening advanced filtering options and adding/removing specific parameters.
