To search for a user, you can paste the name, email address, group or company name into the search field:
Additionally, you can apply the following filters: Role, Access to Q&A, Activity (Signed in/Not signed in, Disabled access/Enabled access). Several filters can be applied at the same time.
In the Users tab, you can conveniently sort users:
By name;
By user group;
By company;
By last login Date.
You can sort groups:
By group name;
By last login date.
To collapse or expand all groups in the Users tab, click a small arrow near Group / Name.
In the Users tab, all members of the VDR can be viewed in two modes: Users and Groups and users.
