To download the documents, mark the necessary files/folders in the right working panel (A), click Download (B), and select the destination folder (C).
Choose how to solve any downloading conflicts that may occur (D):
ask me what to do – you’ll be asked to pick the preferred solution each time there’s a downloading conflict;
keep local file – if a file/folder was previously downloaded or there is a file with the same name, it will not be downloaded again;
replace local file with a newer version – if a file/folder was previously downloaded or there is a file with the same name, it will be replaced.
In case you'd like to continuously update your local copy of the documents stored in VDR, the documents synchronization feature may be useful.
