Windows logs are detailed record of system, security and application notifications stored by the Windows operating system. They should help to understand what exactly went wrong and at what point.

You may be asked to collect Windows logs in case something isn't working with the Desktop version, for example the synchronization function isn’t working properly, or if there are issues with the IRM encrypted files and none of the standard solutions works.
