The full administrators can choose to receive email notifications about the uploaded data volume. This comes in handy when it’s important to keep track of the project volume and not exceed a certain limit. To turn on this notification:
Go to My notifications -> My document notifications section.
Click Edit.
Change the setting in Notify on uploaded data volume reached option to Yes.
Type in the number of MB or GB for the data limit and select the corresponding unit in the drop-down menu.
Click Apply.
