To check the overall data volume that has been uploaded to the data room (including the data that has been deleted from the recycle bin), please follow the steps below:
Go to the Reports section.
Select Data storage usage report from the list on the left side.
In the Period filter select All time.
To download the report in an excel file, click Export and select Download report.
