When all documents are finalized in the staging room, transferring them to the VDR for deal review is straightforward:
Head to the Documents tab and select the items you wish to move.
Press Copy from the toolbar to open the modal for the copying process.
Choose Destination from the dropdown in the Copy folder to modal. You can select a target project or create a new project.
Then begin the copying of your documents by pressing Copy. The items are copied in real time and available in the project.
This functionality eliminates the need for manual downloads or uploads, ensuring your deal starts with a comprehensive, organized project.
Did you know? You can easily check the status of all documents in the staging room. Each document is labeled as Copied, Not Copied, or Partially Copied, so you can quickly see what’s been transferred and what’s still pending.
