The Information Request List (IRL) in a staging room allows teams to track the progress of deal preparation. By uploading an IRL file, you can view, edit, and manage a centralized list of required documents or tasks, helping you stay organized and ensuring that all necessary materials are ready when the deal goes live.

Top Tips for using the IRL editor
Keep these tips in mind when working with the IRL editor to make the most of its features:
No version control: The editor does not support version control, so once a change is made, it cannot be undone. We recommend downloading copies regularly if you need to keep backups of earlier versions.
IRL file visibility: The uploaded IRL file is accessible only within the IRL section and is not available in the main document section.
Single-user editing: The editor does not currently support simultaneous edits by multiple users, so only one person should edit the IRL at a time.
