Adding notes
To add notes, open a document in the PDF viewer and click the Notes icon in the top navigation bar.
Add notes by text selection
Select the text you want to annotate.
Choose Add note from the context menu.
Type your note and click Add.
You can choose between Private, Group, or Public note types by clicking the type icon in the note editor.
Add notes from the notes panel
Open the Notes panel by clicking the Notes icon in the top navigation bar.
Click + Add note.
Type your note and click Add.
To attach a note to specific text:
Once added, click the quotation marks in the note to navigate to the associated text. An arrow will indicate the corresponding location in the document.
Managing notes
Edit or delete: Click the three dots next to a note and choose the relevant option.
Copy link: Click the three dots next to a note and select Copy link to share it.
Threads
Reply to a note: Hover over a note, click the Reply button, and type your message.
View replies: Click the number of replies to expand them.
Viewing notes
Open the Notes panel by clicking the Notes icon in the top navigation bar.
Notes are organized as follows:
Document-level notes: Expand the Document section to view notes applied to the entire document.
Page-level notes: Notes are grouped by page. Expand or collapse pages to see individual notes.
Searching, filtering, and sorting
Search
Use the Search bar at the top of the Notes panel to find specific notes.
Enter at least two characters to initiate the search.

Note type: Public, Group, or Private
Created by: Author
Created on: Date
Sorting options
Last updated
Per page
For a more streamlined view, collapse or expand threads using the slider icon in the top-left corner of the Notes panel.
