Session management

Learn how to monitor and manage your active sessions to keep your account secure

Updated over a week ago

This section provides a real-time overview of your active sessions, helping you monitor access to your account across devices.

If a device with an open session is lost or stolen, you can remotely sign out from it to prevent unauthorized access.

Accessing sessions

To access the session management section, click on your initials in the top-right corner of the screen and select My security settings from the dropdown menu.

You can only view and manage your own sessions.

All active sessions are displayed in order from the most recent to the oldest, with your current session listed at the top. If you have more than two active sessions, additional sessions are collapsed under a + button. Clicking this button expands the full list.

Each session card includes the following details:

  • Platform – Identifies the operating system (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)

  • Browser – Displays the browser name

  • Location – Shows the location of last sign in

  • Sign-in date and time – Recorded in your current time zone

If the system can not identify the platform, browser, or location, an Unrecognized label will appear next to the corresponding attribute. This may occur due to VPNs, firewalls, or certain browsers passing data in a non-standard format. If you are unsure about a session with unrecognized attributes, you can safely close it with remote sign out.

Managing sessions

To sign out from a session:

  1. Hover over the session card to reveal the Sign out icon.

  2. Click the icon and confirm the sign-out action.

  3. The session will be closed, requiring re-authentication to regain access from that device.

The sign-out option is not available for the current session to ensure uninterrupted platform access.

The session management feature empowers you to control your account’s security by monitoring active sessions and easily identifying any unusual activity.
