Learn how to fix browser related issues

Updated this week

If pages aren’t loading, buttons aren’t responding, or you see unexpected errors, your browser may be the cause.

Step 1: Open a private window or try another browser

Open an incognito/private window

  • Chrome: Menu → New Incognito window or Ctrl+Shift+N (Windows) / Cmd+Shift+N (Mac)

  • Edge: Menu → New InPrivate window or Ctrl+Shift+N (Windows) / Cmd+Shift+N (Mac)

  • Safari: Menu bar → File → New Private Window or Shift+Cmd+N

If the platform works in a private window, the problem is usually caused by cached data, cookies, or sometimes extensions in your regular browser session.

Why private windows help
Private windows start fresh, without saved history, cookies, or site data. This means they bypass corrupted or outdated cookies that may block logins, prevent loading, or trigger errors. They also typically disable most browser extensions, which can occasionally interfere with the platform.

Try a different browser
Supported browsers: Google Chrome (recommended), Microsoft Edge, Safari (latest versions).

Step 2: Clear your cache with the Troubleshooting tool

If you confirm the issue is related to cache or cookies, you don’t need to clear them manually in your browser.

Instead, go to the Troubleshooting tab in the Help Center and click Clear cache.

This automatically removes stored data for our platform and refreshes your session.

⚠️ Clearing the cache will log you out of the platform. You’ll just need to sign back in. Saved passwords in password managers won’t be affected.

Step 3: Ensure your browser is supported and up to date

Use the latest version of Google Chrome (recommended), Microsoft Edge, or Safari.
Check for updates in your browser’s settings to make sure you have the newest features and security patches.

Summary

  1. Open a private/incognito window or test with another supported browser.

    • If it works → the issue is likely cache, cookies, or extensions.

  2. Clear cache using the Troubleshooting tab in the Help Center.

  3. Still having trouble? Confirm your browser is supported and fully updated.
