Sometimes it may happen that sensitive or irrelevant internal information was provided to the question side. That is why the Answer approver role is very important, especially in large projects with a lot of activity.
💡 Answer approver role is available with the Enterprise subscription only.
If the Answer approver role is disabled in your Q&A workflow, then answers provided by the Answer coordinator will be submitted to the question side without additional approval. This workflow allows users with the Answer coordinator role to edit submitted answers. To do so:
Click the three dots menu in the answer field and select Edit answer.
Make required corrections.
Click Edit and submit.
The updated answer will be submitted to the question side right away.
💡 If users have instant Q&A notifications enabled, they will receive emails each time the answer is edited.
