If the Answer approver role is enabled, all answers are sent for review and approval before submitting to the question side.
💡 Answer approver role is available with Premier and Enterprise subscription.
Once a new answer is submitted, the question status is changed to To approve. Answer approver can find all recently submitted answers in the To approve tab in the Quick access panel.
To review the answer:
Select the question thread from the list.
Review the question thread on the right-side panel.
Click Approve, Copy to edit, Reject, or type your own answer in the editor depending on whether the answer meets all criteria.
The "Copy to edit” option allows you to adjust the answer before approving it.The question status is changed to Answered. The original answer submitted by the answer coordinator will be saved in the Activity section.
Upon approval, the answer will be immediately sent to the question team that raised the question.
Upon rejection, the answer approver should leave a comment clarifying the reason and what should be fixed before making it available to the question side. The question status is changed to Rejected. The answer coordinator will receive back the rejected answer for review and re-submission. Learn more about editing rejected answers.
Answer approvers can find all rejected or approved answers in the Rejected tab in Quick access panel.
