Delivery of invitation emails to project participants is one of the most critical points for the project life cycle. In the Participants tab, administrators can easily track which participants have signed in to the project using the Last sign-in column or corresponding filters.
Resend invitation
In case the invitation email has not been delivered or missed by the target recipient, you can send another email about your project by resending invitations. To do so:
Select participants from the list.
Right-click on one of the selected participants.
Click Resend invitation.
Upon each resend of the invitation, the system automatically alternates the mail vendor to increase the chances of the email delivery.
💡 In case the recipient still has not received the invitation, be advised to check the spam (junk) folder.
Invalid email address
If you mistyped an email address or the email itself is incorrect or no longer valid, it will be highlighted in red in the participants list. In this case, project administrators receive automatic email notification informing about such participants.
If there has been a typo during the invitation, you will need to re-invite participants with the correct email address, and delete the invalid one from the project.
If the email is correct, then check with the user that their inbox is active and able to receive new correspondence.
