User dashboard

Learn how to use the User dashboard

The User dashboard is your personalized starting point for your project. It helps you quickly find relevant content, track progress, and stay up to date with project activity.

On the dashboard, you can:

  • See recent document updates

  • Track which documents you have viewed

  • Return to recently opened files

  • Manage collaboration tasks such as Q&A and Notes

  • Access useful shortcuts and recommendations

Dashboard header

The dashboard header provides context about your project access and recent activity. The header includes:

Welcome message

Displays a personalized greeting with your name.

Last session

Shows the date of your most recent successful login.

Invited by

Shows the name and email address of the person who invited you to the project.

  • Select the Copy icon next to the email address to copy it to your clipboard.

  • If the inviter’s information is restricted, the support team email address is displayed instead.

Newly uploaded documents

The Newly uploaded documents widget helps you stay up to date with recent changes. It displays:

  • The number of documents uploaded or modified in the last 7 days

  • A value of 0 if no recent updates exist

Select the Link icon in the widget header to open Newly uploaded.

  • The counter only includes documents you have permission to view.

  • The number shown may be lower than the total number of updated documents in the project.

Documents Accessed

The Documents accessed widget shows your document viewing progress.

It displays:

  • Viewed documents — the number of files you have opened

  • Total documents — the number of files available to you

This helps you understand how much content remains to be reviewed.

Select the Link icon in the widget header to open the root folder.

Q&A

The Q&A widget highlights unanswered questions that require your attention.

It displays the number of unanswered questions.

Select the Link icon in the widget header to open the Q&A page.

The widget appears only if:

  • Q&A is enabled for the project

  • You have a Q&A role, such as:

    • Question Drafter

    • Question Submitter

    • Answer Coordinator

    • Expert

    • Answer Approver

If Q&A is not configured or you do not have access, the widget displays information about Q&A availability instead.

Notes

The Notes widget shows document notes available to you. Select the Link icon in the widget header to Notes section.

Recently Viewed

The Recently viewed widget lets you quickly return to documents you opened recently.

It displays:

  • Up to 10 recently opened files

  • Up to 4 visible at once (depending on screen size)

If you have not viewed any documents yet, the widget is hidden.

Each file card shows:

  • File type icon (such as PDF or XLSX)

  • File name

  • Last viewed time (for example, Last viewed today)

Available Actions

Select the More options (⋯) menu on a file card to:

  • Download the file

  • View the file

  • Print the file

  • View the activity log

  • Open the file in Documents

Select the Link icon in the widget header to open:

Quick access → Recently viewed

Recommendations

The Recommendations widget provides quick access to commonly used actions.

Available actions include:


Subscription

Opens the Activity log where you can configure subscription preferences.

Setup notifications

Opens SettingsPersonalNotifications where you can make adjustments as required.


Due diligence

Opens the Due diligence checklist.

Make a suggestion

Opens a suggestion form which you can fill it out.

Activity group widget

The Activity group widget shows document interactions. You can select between your own activity or your group’s activity, and select a time frame.

Time frames you can select from are:

  • Last 7 days

  • Last 14 days

  • Last 30 days

  • Last 60 days

  • Last 90 days

The chart includes:

  • Views

  • Downloads

  • Prints

Activity is grouped by day.


Activity scope

Depending on your permissions:

  • Users with group activity access see totals for the entire group.

  • Users without group access see only their own activity.

Chart options

You can switch between:

  • Bar chart (default)

  • Line chart

The selected chart view remains active during your session.


Tooltips

Hover over a bar or point to see details such as:

  • Number of actions

  • Date
    (Example: 80 actions, June 7, 2025)

Select the Link icon in the widget header to open the Activity log.
