Corporate account can be accessed on the left-side panel – Corporate account.
Besides the basic information available in the corporate account overview, account owners and managers can check a detailed Usage trends report for their corporate account.
Available data
Instead of checking each project individually, this report represents the overall data usage and the number of users and administrators across all active projects under your contract with Ideals.
Active projects: number of active projects within this corporate account at the end of the selected period.
Used storage: the amount of data stored in all active projects within this corporate account at the end of the selected period.
Users: number of unique users invited to all active projects within this corporate account at the end of the selected period.
Administrators: number of unique administrators in all active projects within this corporate account at the end of the selected period.
💡 By default, the information in this tab is displayed for the past month. You can also review the stats for the previous or current month, all time, or specify any custom period.
Summary
The summary section provides an overview of storage usage across projects with a visual breakdown, allowing you to see how much space each project occupies and quickly identify the largest ones.
💡 This section is present only if there is more than one active project in the corporate account at the end of the selected period.
Storage usage over the period
Over the period graph gives a representation of storage change over the specified period. You may see the precise storage usage on a certain day by hovering your cursor over the points.
Notifications on storage usage
Enable notifications button allows you to enable email notifications about reaching the specified storage volume. As soon as the storage across all active projects in this account reaches the specified value, an alert will be sent to the person who set it up.
You can edit this notification or turn it off at any time.
💡 Documents stored in the recycle bin are also included in the storage usage. Only the documents deleted from the recycle bin will be excluded from monthly billing.

Under the graph, you may find detailed information on storage usage and change for each project in this corporate account.
