The feature of exporting can be used for a more detailed and offline evaluation of the project content and activity.
Across multiple features of your project, the Export button will be available in the top menu. This option generates an Excel spreadsheet that is downloaded to your computer.
Documents
In the Documents tab, you can export the project index with the detailed list of files.
💡 The project index export will also include the contents of recycle bin for administrators.
Participants
In the Participants tab, the option to export the list of users is given.
Q&A
In the Q&A section, the option to export the detailed list of questions is given (all questions or the selected ones). And includes the option to select:
All messages.
Only submitted questions and answers.
Reports
With each respective report, you may export with the necessary filters applied. The downloaded report will include the information displayed accordingly.
