View the list of all projects associated with your corporate account and their details

Corporate account can be accessed on the left-side panel – Corporate account.

Available information

In the Projects tab, you may see the complete list of all projects under your contract with Ideals and basic information on each project.

Available information depends on the subscription plan, according to the table below.

* With the Enterprise subscription, you can also select which columns should be displayed in the projects overview table and export the list of projects with the selected information into an Excel report.

Quick actions

Use the Create new project button to create and add a new project linked to this corporate account.

You can also go directly to any active project by clicking the corresponding button.

Corporate account owner and managers can see the list of all projects linked to the account but can access only those projects to which they are invited.

Bulk operations

Corporate account owner and manager with additional rights can perform actions in bulk for multiple projects or for any particular one. Depending on available rights, additional actions are shown on the top panel and inline with the project.

Add project administrators

Project administrators can be added directly from the corporate account without a need to access particular projects.

To add administrators to one or more projects in bulk:

  • Select projects.

  • Click Add project administrators.

  • Review target groups and change if needed.

  • Click Add.

💡 Only administrator groups are listed. If there is more than one admin group in the project, you can select the required one in the dropdown.

Invitees get a consolidated email in case of adding to multiple projects.

Change support access

To quickly provide or revoke support access to your projects:

  • Select projects.

  • Click Change support access.

  • Select the required value in the dropdown.

  • Confirm.
